Wednesdays 9 - 10:30am

Fresh food bagging and donation sorting at The Summit Community Center.

Distribution Setup
Thursdays 9-11am

Unloading and packing at The Summit Community Center.

 

Distribution Deliveries
Thursdays 10am-1pm, and 3:30-4:30pm

Food and supplies delivered to our Summit Community Members.

Youth Advisory Council
Monthly

High school students from public and private schools in the area gather to complete service projects and to discuss current community issues with local leaders each month. Topics of discussion have included equity in education, community policing, and accessible health care.


 Volunteering is a great team building activity for businesses or groups of any age.

 

Other Ways to Volunteer

Do you have an interest or skill to share? Share your talent!

Help people acquire and develop new skills.
Provide language translation, Host a cooking demo, Hold a concert or dance performance, Facilitate a fitness or art class, Support job seekers,
Help with financial questions - taxes, financial planning.

General support - manage storage & inventory, check people in for clinics, fit people for coats during special distributions, and sort seasonal or holiday items for distribution.

Community Service Hours

We welcome individuals and local students who seek to broaden their knowledge of community organizing, outreach and community care to intern with GRACE.

GRACE is also an ideal partner for scout projects and eighth grade and high school service hours.
